Christmas Eve Tuna Melts
This has become a bit of a family tradition in recent years. Something to kick off the rich food fest that is Christmas and easy to boot.
You’ll need
some good quality bread, lightly toasted
hard boiled eggs, sliced
swiss cheese, sliced
tuna salad:
tinned tuna in oil
celery, finely diced
gherkins, finely diced
red onion, finely diced
some corn &
mayo
Layer each slice of bread with a generous spread of tuna salad, then sliced eggs and top with cheese. Grill to melt. Yum.
