Hi, I’m Emma and I love cooking.  No, I mean I REALLY LOVE cooking.  I love cooking for my family, for my friends and pretty much anyone else who’ll eat my food and say it’s delicious.  This is a record of my favourite recipes, the ones I have and will cook time and time again.  I’ve been trying for some time to find a good way of bringing these recipes together and finally decided a website would be the perfect place.  It’s intended as a reference for my daily cooking and hopefully a place my kids will visit as they grow up and learn how to cook the familiar flavours they’ve loved over the years.  If anyone else out there happens upon this site and enjoys reading about and cooking the dishes close to my heart, well then that’s just a bonus.
