My Moussaka
I call this ‘my’ moussaka only because it won’t ever compare to Giagia’s Moussaka. Mine is a shortcut on a classic, leaving out the potato and using lamb mince. I’m told everyone does this dish a little differently, so hopefully it will hold up against the classics.

Ants Climbing Trees
This dish probably rates the highest on our family repeats list, it’s so simple and tasty. The name comes from the cooked pieces of pork mince looking like ants climbing the noodle ‘branches’. This is a Jill Dupleix recipe, but you’ll find a heap of different versions on the net.
